Shasha Technology ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent software studio based in Caroni, Trinidad and Tobago. We build websites, web tools, AI platforms, and custom software for individuals and small businesses.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across shashatechnology.com, shashatools.com, stelt.ai, and any client websites we host on our infrastructure.
We collect the minimum information needed to operate our services. We do not sell your data. Client data hosted on our infrastructure is treated as confidential and is never used for any purpose outside of operating that client's website.

When you contact us, fill out a form, or join a waitlist, we may collect:

- Aggregate analytics data via our internal Pulse tracking system

05. Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal cookies and a lightweight first-party analytics system called Pulse, which we built and host on our own infrastructure. Pulse tracks aggregate visitor metrics (pageviews, sessions, interactions) without using third-party trackers, advertising networks, or social media pixels.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect the functionality of certain features (e.g., staying logged in to admin areas).
06. Client Data
For clients whose websites we build, host, or manage, we treat all data submitted through their website as confidential property of the client. We will:
- Never use client form submissions, customer data, or analytics for any purpose other than operating the client's website
- Never share, sell, or transfer client data to any third party without explicit written authorisation from the client
- Provide clients with full access to their own data on request
- Delete client data upon termination of services, unless legally required to retain it
07. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to deliver parts of our offering. Each service has its own privacy policy:
- JotForm — for hosting client lead-capture and contact forms
- InterServer — VPS hosting provider
- Let's Encrypt / ZeroSSL — for SSL certificate issuance
- Anthropic (Claude API) — for AI chat and voice agents on Tier 2 and Tier 3 sites
- ElevenLabs — for AI voice synthesis on Tier 3 sites (where applicable)
- Google Fonts — for typography (no user data collected by Shasha Technology through this)
08. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption on all our websites and APIs
- Server-side data isolation — each client site has its own database, with no cross-site access
- Access controls on our admin systems with hashed authentication credentials
- Regular software updates and security patches on our infrastructure
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent for processing
- Object to certain types of processing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
